For Readings: 

Once your reading is scheduled, payments are non-refundable. You may reschedule your reading once by contacting me, Sheryl, by email at contact@sherylwagnermedium within one week (seven days) before the start of your session.

Please note that all sessions are Virtual (Zoom or Facetime).
